Handy Mom At-Home Repair Tip - Squeaky Hinges be Gone!

I love when my dad comes to visit - you know those annoying little maintenance jobs around the house?  He always knows a secret trick or two that get the job done.

In my latest instalment, I have a really squeaky door hinge that always gets loud when humidity rises. I assumed WD40 is probably the cure-all for something like that, but Dad had a better solution.

Apparently also good as a protector against rust and water in addition to squeaks and anything else you'd need a home-repair lubricant for (pipes, etc).
