3 Things We Love about Kids' CBC

Kids' CBC is a key partner of momstown, and recently we had the great opportunity to go for a behind the scenes visit with the Kids' CBC team and tour of the studio at the CBC Broadcast Centre right here in Toronto.

We have always loved Kids' CBC, and can we say that now we love them even more?  Warm and caring, smart, talented, and everything they do is all about KIDS.  We at momstown can relate to that, we feel the same way and have a lot of respect for people who make kids their #1 priority.

We happened in on a day where Patty, Mamma Yamma and special guest (and longtime friend of momstown TO) Joe Motiki were shooting segments that will air during the Sochi Olympics.  We know who wins the hockey game, but we're not going to tell!

We'll have a lot to share with you during the year from our friends at Kids' CBC where lots of great things are happening, but for now, here are three quick things we learned and loved:

1. Watch episodes online & in their new app.
Regular Kids' CBC programming won't be on-air during the Olympics, but watch for special 1 minute segments each morning, and you can catch your favourite programming online here and in the new Kids' CBC TV for Me app on iTunes
Kids' CBC TV for Me app for iOS, available now in iTunes
2.  New online tools for moms (and dads) & kids to enjoy together.
If you haven't yet signed up for the Kids' CBC Family Sandbox, do it!  You and your kids can draw, send messages to each other, create a calendar and celebrate special moments with messages from your favourite Kids' CBC personalities.  We LOVED the messaging tool.  Adorable, check it out.

3.  They care.
Kids' CBC loves us back and really supports momstown, our moms and everything we mutually stand for.  Check out the awesome video they made for us!

Thanks Kids' CBC, looking forward to great things in 2014!
