Great conversation with the moms, while we swapped kids in our laps or chasing toddlers. The Good Neighbour is child friendly which is so refreshing in an area where there are so many moms with kids.
What did we talk about? Some of our usual discussions: husbands, sleep or lack of it, stages, pregnancy fears and experiences, places to take the kids, and friendships! Wow, that's alot for an hour! :-)
A couple of the moms ran into other moms that they know and we all had a chance to chat! Good fun and much needed adult conversation.
Finally, time to say good bye meant home for some, a few of the moms, grouped up and headed to a local splash pad for relief from the heat. The fun continued....
